- Correcting, updating and deleting your registration account;
- Whether to receive offers and promotions for our products and services, or product and services that we think may be interest to you.
- Requesting of access to the personal information, held by us and that we amend or delete it and we request third parties with whom we shared information to do the same

MBSB Bank shall take responsible steps to protect the personal information from any unauthorized access or misuse and to ensure the accuracy of the personal information at all times and shall not keep the Personal Information longer than necessary for the purpose of the application.

We require some information from you in order to complete the registration. Please read the following terms and conditions before you proceed to register with us as a Referrer.
- MBSB Bank to obtain consent from Referrer
I hereby give my consent to MBSB Bank to hold, use or disclose my Personal Information which have been provided to MBSB Bank for the purpose of processing the registration as a “Referrer” for any products offered by MBSB Bank.
- Declaration from Referrer when they refer customer to MBSB Bank
I hereby state that I have personally asked and briefed customer about product(s) offered by MBSB Bank. I am aware under the Disclosure Principle of Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709) that no personal data of customers shall be disclosed without the consent of the customer. I have not made any statement, representations or promises to the customer which is contrary to the provisions contained in the MBSB Bank standard policy and information contained in the brochures, sales illustration and product disclosure sheet.
